This Imperial Mexican-Style Coffee Stout was inspired by the union of two things we love: Mexican chocolate stirred into a fresh cup of coffee and barrel aging. Party Like was brewed with whole ancho chilis, cinnamon, and Roaster’s Choice whole bean coffee from Seattle’s legendary and Fremont local, Lighthouse Roasters.
