A 9 month hibernation in oak wine barrels prepared this beer for a 2 month feast of refermentation alongside 200 g/l of the bright and tart honey bee variety of Haskap berries grown in Summerland, BC. The beer then took the opportunity to lay down for a nap and bottle condition at our brewery in Kelowna, BC.
