Lacto-soured belgian saison made with a special saison yeast blend, this time enhanced with something a little bit different. inspired by the refresing traditional filipino lemondae, this is full of super-tart calamansi, balanced out with lemon + lime juices. puckering + super refreshing. a citrus explosion with notes of orange sherbet, kumquat, lemon + mandarin, along with a slight spiciness from the rye.
