This summer seasonal is a mid-strength pale ale brewed with a simple malt bill of pilsner, wheat and a bit of biscuit malt then fruitified with relatively new Aussie hop Melba and popular American variety Mosaic. They say the outcome is a refreshing hop hit with big citrus flavours, which is sweet medicine for those days when the mercury creeps above 35oc.
