Pulp Can Move Baby!

Описание

This orange sour was fermented out with 3000lbs of cara cara orange puree. We then added orange extract and amaretto to punch it up. This sour is light, clean and refreshing. This is also our first time not kettle souring, we soured the beer in the fermenter before fermentation.
