Built upon a base of pilsner malt and wheat, None The Wiser features hefty whirlpool additions of Mosaic and Simcoe as well as 2x dry-hop additions of Citra and Galaxy resulting in a lush sensory surplus of exotic fruit flavors. The resulting mélange of melon and juicy stone fruit flavors is tempered by a clean fermentation profile, pillowy mouthfeel and soft bitterness.
