Barrel Aged Nectarine Sour Ale

Fermented and aged 8 months in a second use bourbon barrel with abbey ale yeast and some of our favourite lactobacillus strains. Conditioned on nectarines and dry hopped with citra and azacca hops. Tart and fruity with stone fruit flavours.
