For this installment of Into the Labyrinth we made dramatic changes to the hopping schedule by pulling hops from the brewing process and redistributing them back into the beer for our most aggressive dry-hopping rate yet. The result was exactly what we were looking for: a soft, juicy double IPA bursting with flavor and hop presence. We get notes of citrus rind, melon and tropical fruit sweetness ending in a dry, lingering bitterness that has a nice punchy bite.
