East Bank Preserves- Cherry & Vanilla (Madagascar Vanilla 10/12/20)

Here's a reblend of one of my favorite beers of 2019! We took delicious barrels of East Bank, our honey farmhouse ale, and aged them further in local bourbon barrels for another 2-3 months. Sometimes we release these beers as is. Sometimes we add fruit like organic Colorado sweet cherries. And sometimes we add whole Madagascar vanilla to that. This is that beer. Sorry, it's late and the kids were a mess. Big vanilla aroma, you won't miss it. Cherry flavor backs that up in a way that I can only describe as Kriek-like, balanced acidity and clean finish. I'm very happy how this blend turned out, it exceeded my expectations!
