Bringing the bitter back! Our newest one-off legend is the mountain and forest dwelling Centaur. For this 5.4% Mountain IPA we mixed the worlds of hazy east coasts and the bitterness of west. This IPA has a solid sweet biscuit and caramel malt backbone with notes of bitter grapefruit, pine and floral from lashings of American hops in late boil and dry hop.
