Our latest Red IPA is a collaboration with Hopfully Brewing Co. from Waterford, Ireland. We decided to push the boundaries of the traditional Red IPA by adding natural cherry puree, which imparts a unique and delicious flavor to the beer. While cherries are not a typical ingredient in a Red IPA, we found that the tartness of the cherry puree perfectly complements the maltiness of the beer, creating a delicious oxymoron.This carefully crafted beer features a unique blend of Idaho Gem, HBC 630, and Barbe Rouge hops, chosen to offer an enticing aroma and complex flavor profile.With a reddish hue and a smooth finish, this Red IPA is a great example of the craft brewer's art.
