A Saison du Blé rested on Missouri Chambourcin grape skins.Fermented with wild Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus from our family’s farm, then aged in Missouri oak foeders before a final conditioning with Chambourcin skins — lending color, tannin, and bright aromatics inspired by French rosé wines.
