Cascadian XPA

Somewhere between an American Pale and an IPA sits the elusive XPA. Back when we were home brewers (as if we're not anymore), the hop of choice was Cascade. That and Amarillo. So we went back to our roots and brewed a dank, piney, XPA with both. Backed by crystal and ale malts, this one sits with a bitterness above a pale, but not quite an IPA.
