There's a reason some beer styles are considered classic.Brewed with an incredibly simple recipe of German heritage pilsner malt, Hallertauer Mittelfruh hops and Augustiner lager yeast, Das Bier ("The Beer") is our take on a classic German-style pilsner. Though not overly hoppy by modern standards, the hops are the star here - lending spicy, herbal, and slightly floral character over the clean, biscuits-and-honey malt. Medium bitterness lends to a crisp, clean finish with just a touch of lingering hoppy spice.
