Our favourite sandwich cookie in a glass. We wanted to push boundaries and challenge perceptions, while also setting some. It’s that Heston Blumenthal moment.Chocolate cookies and cream, all in a golden looking beer. Ridiculous! Layers and layers of biscuit malts, malted oats and caramel oats set the stage for cacao nibs, vanilla and lactose to bring the chocolate and cream. A dash of single-o batch brewed coffee finishes the stout build, providing a proverbial cherry on top. The hops just drift in the background, supporting the savoury mouthfeel. Unctuous, moreish and delicious.
