We aged our Scarecrow for 36 months on whisky barrels from High Coast Whisky that used to contain their unpeated whisky Älv.Ultra smooth with nice flavors of raisins and cherries from the barrels, and also a touch of vanilla from the ex. bourbon barrels.For this version we added A LOT of vanilla from Madagascar and enough chocolate to make Willy Wonka proud.
