Super fruity, sessionable IPA brewed with Norwegian Farmhouse yeastFor this year's festival we have brewed a take on our classic session IPA, Seven Peaks, with a few subtle changes. A slightly stripped back hop bill focusses on Mosaic and Cascade, but most importantly we've used a yeast strain native to Western Norway called Kveik (apparently pronounced as though an Australian person was saying the word "quake").
