Created in collaboration with Ascension Brewing Company in Novi, MI, and Brendan Williamson of Weirdo Brewing Company. A pilsner malt and rye IPA fermented as dry as Champagne then hopped delicately with Nelson Sauvin and Hallertau Blanc hops. Sweet white wine aroma and flavor upfront with a crisp and mildly bready finish.
