Kiwi Berry Sour Aged in Barrels Dry Hopped with WakatuBottle Release 2/15/25 - $16/500mL BottleThis one is a result of a meeting with the minds and microbes of Afterthought Brewing! We tasted through our Cellars with Mike Thorpe, and then added his microbes to the two barrels we selected. Six months later we blended and then refermented them on "Passion Popper" Kiwi Berries from Pennsylvania, and finally dry hopped with New Zealand Wakatu. It's tart, tropical, funky, and delicious!
