west coast ipa, kinda. similar formulation to strike gently. a little bit of wheat added to the grist. fermented with conan instead of chico (first time ever using conan). sufficiently hopped with cascade, citra & simcoe hops in the kettle and dry hop. lagered for 2 weeks. kinda bright with the slightest of hop haze from above average hopping rates for the style. really really peachy! more west than east.
