Imagine for a second you have a beer that is descent enough to age on an oak barrel that once carried wine made from Pedro Ximénez and Moscatel grapes. And if that isn't good enough, let that same audacious beer mature on a delicate style of Burgundy wine barrel, the essence of Pinot Noir to Nuits-St.-Georges, an appellation often known for darker, more tannic red wines. Right, I've got your attention now! Where some brewers blend, Struise married Burgundy & Malaga through the simultaneous maturation of Pannepot. A very limited edition was bottled as CapSoul in 75cl bottles. Enjoy
