Inspired by five flowered tea - a traditional healthy drink in HK, we infused the flowers: Chrysanthemum, honeysuckle, Kapok, Plumeria and Sophora flowers into a Hopfenweizen (dry hopped hefeweizen) for a floral and fruity beer with spicy finish
