A special project with Foxes Den Meadery. Apple mead made with bochet clover honey. Aged in a bourbon and a rum barrel from Plank Road Distillery. Blended with bold maple syrup from Twin Creek Maple Syrup, ceylon and saigon cinnamon, and Ugandan, Madagascar and Tahitian vanilla beans
