Cherry and plum mead aged on vanilla beans.We played around making a slightly lighter cherry mead, without adding any water. In this case we blended in some plums to keep a good level of acidity.It has a complex honey bill containing honey from three different locations: Two harvested mid-summer and one harvested late in the fall.Local cherries (Stevnsbær), plums (Mallard and Opal) and wildflower honey.Maturation on Ugandan vanilla beans.*KEG ONLY RELEASE*
