A hefeweizen by the book. Banana-like esters gallore, supported by a creamy and full mouth of maltyness. One can only get so close to the classical German example, I am convinced this one at the very least contributes to a wonderful style.In the grist nothing too fancy, that would do this one no good. A bulk of wheat and pilsner with some light cara for breadiness.Hopped with the German classic Hallertauer Mittelfruh. Noble, grassy and fresh.
