Grodziskie is an old world Polish style commonly referred to in its day as "Polish Champagne," for its high levels of carbonation and low alcohol content, making it perfect for celebrations. Brewed entirely with oak smoked wheat it boasts a smoky aroma and flavor with low hop bitterness. A very clean beer, just like Busia (grandma) used to make it.
