Inspired by traditional Finnish sahti (but brewed with typical American disregard for such things), Sahati is brewed with fresh spruce from the forest surrounding the brewery. We add the spruce in the mash, the boil, and during barrel-aging to impart floral, resinous, and earthy attributes. 100% naturally carbonated with honey and 100% Oregon. Unfiltered, open-fermented, & barrel-aged.
