Derelict Tropsicle Sorbet is an Ale where we take a base of oats and Lactose, kettle sour it until its acidic. Ferment and condition the beer on Fresh Pineapple, toasted coconut and vanilla pods until its creamy, fruity and similiar to a Pina Colada cocktail.
