Blue Skies Cold IPA

Описание

A recently created style, Cold IPA combines techniques from NEIPA, West Cost IPA, and India Pale Lager. A simple grain bill of Pilsner malt and flaked rice create a light and dry base that lets the brightness of the Citra, Idaho 7, and Mandarina Bavaria hops shine through. The use of a lager yeast, fermented at higher temperatures, creates a clean and ester free aroma. Finally, the technique of dry hopping during fermentation creates biotransformation, which aids to accentuate the bold aromas of the hops. We love the results and think you will too!
