KAOS reminding us to mind the gap! Our inspiration for this beer came from our continued efforts to tweak the dials and make these IPAs just that little bit better each release. This brew has chit malt and an interesting yeast combo not normally associated with IPAs. The dry-hopping is a bold combo of Sabro (US), Rakau (NZ) and Waimea (NZ). We hope you enjoy this beer and remember, all beers and all palates are not made equal! Cheers from us!
