Fresh, fruity, juicy. A refreshing berliner weisse brewed up in collaboration with the legendary Kjetil Jikiun from Axiom Brewery is a good example what everyone is looking for. Drinkability and fun. We added a huge amount of sea buckthorn puree (around 20% of the whole batch) and tried some interresting yeast strains to sour it with.
