As a change up from the normal brewing process which typically usesmalted barley, our American Wheat IPA instead uses mostly maltedwheat and oats. This creates a much different base flavor profile withtart elements and a lot of body, all of which is complimented bygenerous Ekuanot and Amarillo hops added during fermentation.The aroma of this hazy, sunset colored beer presents with subtle notesof lemon and spice.
