A preview of Cheater Hops 12: Simcoe-Citra fermented with a new English Ale isolate (A34) from Imperial Yeast. It's the same wort and hops as the big batch, just fermented with a strain we wanted to try out. More vanilla and citrus than even our house yeast, but some graininess too.
