Unfermented pumpkin combined with apricot gives the beer a soft, sweet, and juicy touch.To complete the autumn flavor profile, beer I seasoned with signature Pumpkin Spice blend- mix of cinnamon, cardamom, allspice, nutmeg, and vanilla. The result is a flavor combination reminiscent of an apricot-pumpkin tart with a delicate sweet-and-sour cream filling.
