Based on Belgian Strong Golden Ale, we added Sanpin tea, which is widely popular in Okinawa Prefecture.Sanpin tea is added during the whirlpool process and the second half of the fermentation process, and the aroma from the tea leaves and the subtle scent of jasmine give the beer a rich impression. Enjoy the harmony of the complex phenolic aroma derived from Abbaye yeast and the delicate aroma of Sanpin tea.
