Hop Trials: “Dirt Rock” IPA

Описание

This IPA is a tester for a new hop we are dubbing "Dirt Rock" from our friends at Segal Ranch. Only 25 lbs of this hop were grown this year and we put all of it in this beer to trial. Why "Dirt Rock"? We had to put our sweet rental car in "Dirt Rock" mode to reach the part of the hop field where this hop was growing. We are getting some soft fruit notes with this hop.
