Pours golden and clear with a thick collar of foam due to being served on Nitro.Subtle, sweet, dried fruit esters from the English yeast play nicely with the herbal/dried fruit character from the hops, and the sweet caramel from the malt.The flavour is balanced between the yeast, hops and malt. All of which are restrained.The finish is crisp and clean with just enough body to hold up to the bitterness which cuts through in the end.
