Apricot Saison

A juicy and more full-bodied take on a Belgian Saison farmhouse beer, this beer incorporates a spicy Belgian yeast blend with Hawkes Bay apricot and rye malt. This light orange coloured beer gives aromas of bread crust, white pepper, and juicy apricot, and follows with lush apricot and spice on the taste. The apricot is noticeable but well integrated into the base beer, and rounds the profile out with a hint of tartness which increases drinkability.
