This is our second time brewing Reverso Selecto as a collaboration with our friends at Badlands Brewing.Last year in this brew we used all selected hops from Badlands on top of our regular IPA base.This year we took it one step further and used their selected Citra and Simcoe as well as copying their grain bill and water chemistry. The result is still very juicy but with a fairly different body and texture than in our other IPAs.We taste notes of orange rind, resin, and lime zest.
