DDH PALE ALE MONOHOPPED WITH 100% CITRAFor this beer, we wanted to create a beer that was 5.5% but still had a good malt character. So the go too in this beer was Golden Promis as a base malt, and then backed it up with 28% oats. The final product hits all the notes but with an ABV that keeps you coming back.
