Dreams Like Air

Описание

Mixed fermentation saison. Conditioned on oak and raspberry. Notes of raspberry jam, candied grapefruit peel, shredded wheat, damp hay, and barn dust. Mildly tart lemon with a balanced bitter finish. Our first, true mixed fermentation beer, fermented entirely in stainless on oak spirals.
