Bible Juice: Dornfelder Riesling

This wine started with Dornfelder grapes that were pressed after 3 days of skin contact. After fermentation completed it was blended with a portion of Riesling Kabinett. Bottled with a small amount of priming sugar. The result is a fresh and fruity sparkling red. 100% spontaneous fermentation.
