The Danger of Light

This is a rebrew and evolution of beer we previously brewed in February (Dark & Hoppy) that went straight into cans at the time. A dark, sessionable beer, with a rounded full body. Chocolate and coffee flavours from a mix of malts balances with a hoppiness provided by late kettle and dry hop additions of US hops.
