Brewed with lactose and 150kg of Australian mango flesh!Citra in the whirlpool reinforces the mango and provides a subtle bitterness that helps to brace the sweetness from the lactose and mangoes. 80 vanilla pods were added to the whirlpool to round it all out and give the lactose – or ‘milkshake’ character – some more depth.
