Drop Tide

Описание

The name Drop Tide, is inspired by the sea during periods of its lowest tide, revealing large open stretches of sand and some unique surf breaks. It also gives a nod to the slightly lower alcohol content (3.8%) and nature of the beer. The beer is very pale and light in colour, coupled with low bitterness, to offer real drinkability. We have then utilised some unique floral hops and captured additional natural CO2 from the fermentation, to give this beer a real effervescence.
