Prime Matter

Описание

Our biggest IPA to date, hopped generously with Citra and Mosaic. Expect a clean, crisp, hoppy and bitter beer. Waaay too easy to drink. This is the fourth beer we’ve brewed in collaboration with Burnt Mill, and each beer has been a homage to another that inspired us to do what we’re doing.Prime Matter is our lager based homage to some of the OG beers of the American North East. Those beers you drink for the first time and wonder how the heck they’re producing such magic. This cold IPA is dank and hoppy but light and moreish. It’s so incredibly balanced, yet a little spicy at 7%. There’s no hop burn or hop fatigue after having one. It’s just perfect.
