Lemongrass Parasol

Описание

We infused this IPA with a lot of lemongrass (about one stalk per gallon) for an intense aroma of Lemon Drop candy and bright floral citrus. Many of the active aromatics (e.g., geraniol, limonene, myrcene, and citronellol) are the same compounds found in many "citrusy" American hops! While lemongrass boosts the aroma, it doesn't add any of the sourness you'd associate with actual lemons.
