KHP - KVEIK HAZY PALE ALE

We loved the kveik yeast from our last batch of NEIPA so much we decided to reuse it. We changed up the hops by only using Azacca for dry hopping to try and get the bright tropical aromas it is known for. With the malt we used a large percentage of Golden Naked Oats which brings a sweetness and notes of graham crackers or granola. At 6% it is a little lighter and easier drinking than our regular NEIPA so feel free to have a couple.
