‘ounces of good' | dry-hopped saison | barrel fermentedProduction time / 7 monthsBrewed with 100% Australian grown grains & hopped hotside w/ EKG (UK) & El Dorado (US).Primary fermentation occurred in a single puncheon w/ a blend of saison yeast and brett. strains for 4 months.This was then dry-hopped in stainless w/ Perle (DE) & Saphir (DE) at the rate of 7g/L - 72 hours prior to packaging.Packaged on June 16th 2022 and can conditioned for 3 months.Aromas of golden circle - tinned pineapple, grapefruit & pear.On the palate it is full of lemon sherbet & rock melon while still retaining a savoury element through its spicy/piney nature.
