LC Dry Stout

A Liquid Center only exclusive! This is going to be a light-bodied relatively low ABV stout. We used Weyermann pilsner malt, black malt, roasted barley and rye malt. It is fermented with a moderate ale strain. A very straightforward beer. Roasted top notes on a malty base. Very drinkable yet still has some complex aromas.
